Trolling

Hello.

It looks like this is my last post, so goodbye.
Sorry if I am repeating anything that previous people have written, but I became quite interested in griefers or griefing. This isn't entirely relevant to games, but it does make sense that a community of people have appeared who have made it their business to annoy everyone. The internet is already full of people who do just that. http://artoftrolling.memebase.com/ I guess that when you are finished asking the mormons at mormon.org chat how magnets work, you need to move your trolling elsewhere.

Griefing seems to be another example of people modifying games to meet their own needs. Similarly to rocket jumping, or the people in Halo who spend hours messing about with the physics of the game, griefing is just another extension of what people can do within the game. I guess the future holds games where griefing has been incorporated into the game in some way to please the audience, just as other types of game play from the past have been incorporated into the game.

Anyway, goodbye.
